Como aplicar "a cultura do retornável” sendo descartável? Mudança cultural se começa "fazendo o dever de casa", precisa ser de dentro pra fora.Diariamente fábricas geram resíduos orgânicos, tanto nos processos fabricação como dos refeitórios. E este lixo orgânico, geralmente é um custo para a operação, paga-se a terceirização para coleta e destinação . A proposta é tratar localmente 100% do resíduo orgânico das fabricas da Ambev , gerar gás de cozinha e biofertilizantes para reflorestamento e hortas. O retorno de investimento financeiro é de poucos meses, mas o ambiental é imediato! Este projeto já está validado e foi executado em ilhas na Amazônia, em que não tem coleta de lixo e por causa da variação da maré é muito difícil fazer compostagem. Oi Flora, Esta solução pode usar os resíduos orgânicos da TODAS as fabricas da Ambev, pare para pensar apenas nos refeitórios, a casca de banana por exemplo, vai pra onde? A fabrica paga para uma empresa terceira coletar e se responsabilizar por ela, nossa ideia é tornar as fabricas da Ambev ZERO ATERRO , beneficiando inicialmente o lixo orgânico dos refeitórios. E também podemos usar resíduos da produção das bebidas, eventualmente o guaraná, a cevada ou o mosto que não forem para ração de animais. Estou a disposição para conversar.
